Total value of awarded contracts to date: EGP 1.823 billion and works performed EGP 1.023 billion to date.
Since the beginning of 2011, our construction contracts have been awarded with a value of 576 million EGP.
The gas network inside the villages Isadore, Reyna and Eleva are concluded.
Snagging process started in phase 1 finishing work in auroura buildings is underway.
Landscape contracts for phase one have been awarded, Internal roads linking Emaar Drive to Uptown Cairo's first phase are now being paved, and the gates for each community are under construction.
Works in Alba Spendia village is underway
Emaar drive phase one connecting to Imtedad Ramsis is completed.
